1. Acceptance of Master Terms

By engaging with Golden Door Asset, purchasing a 12-Week Agentic Roadmap, or downloading our Agentic Pipeline Blueprints, you enter into a binding Enterprise Agreement governed by these Master Terms. If you lack the authority to bind your firm to these terms, disconnect immediately.

2. Advisory Engagements & Implementation

Golden Door Asset provides specialized A.I. implementation and workflow automation services.

Statement of Work (SOW): All advisory roadmaps are governed by a mutually executed SOW. While we guarantee the delivery of functional architectures and codebases as specified in the SOW, we do not guarantee specific downstream revenue increases or operational cost savings, as these depend heavily on your internal execution and change management.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The "Agentic Pipeline Blueprint," underlying workflow orchestrations, and proprietary deployment scripts provided by Golden Door Asset remain the intellectual property of Golden Door Asset unless explicitly transferred under a custom enterprise license.

• You are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the deployed pipelines for your internal business operations.
• You may not resell, white-label, or package our blueprints as a standalone commercial SaaS product.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

All implementation blueprints and software code are provided "AS IS." Golden Door Asset disclaims all warranties regarding the uninterrupted operation of third-party A.I. APIs (such as OpenAI or Google Cloud) upon which the pipelines rely. We are not liable for business interruptions caused by upstream API deprecations or quota limits.
